FOUR-MONTH
CORPORATE PROJECT MANAGEMENT DIPLOMA
Course content equivalent to Module 1 of the Advanced program. Focuses
on the management of projects. It also emphasises activity scheduling;
cost management; and project tradeoff. Each diploma is personally countersigned
by Prof Harold Kerzner (USA). Diplomas are awarded after passing a three-hour
closed book written examination.
FIVE-WEEK CORPORATE
PROJECT MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE
Covers approximately 80% of the material presented in the diploma course.
Certificates are awarded after successfully completing an assignment, done
on an individual basis, submitted one month after completing the five consecutive
days of lectures.
TWO-DAY
PROJECT PLANNING AND CONTROL COURSE (DATES)
Focuses on project planning; activity scheduling; managing costs by
establishing variance indicators; and performing tradeoff analysis.
