Each module comprises a two-hour introductory lecture (17:30 - 19:30) plus five lecture-days (08:30 - 16:30). All lectures are conducted in Midrand by Dr Lionel Smalley assisted by local specialists. Use is made of case studies to relate theory to practice. Prof Harold Kerzner will act as an external moderator for all course material and examination papers.
THE EVALUATION OF CANDIDATES |

Candidates will write
a four-hour open-book examination in each of the academic modules
and obtain at least 50 per cent. Entrance to the examination is based on
assignment performance. There are two written assignments per academic
module. Candidates will have to obtain a minimum of 90 credit points
for both assignments. One percentage point equals one credit point.
Candidates obtaining less than 40 per cent for a particular assignment
will receive zero credit points. It is also possible for candidates to
write supplementary examinations, should the need arise.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent qualification) plus at least two years` experience within a project environment.
OR
A recognised university
degree or technikon diploma (or equivalent qualification) plus at least
one years` experience within a project environment.
FEE PER CANDIDATE |

The fee per candidate per module is R 12 500. This applies to modules 2-6. The fee per candidate for module 1 is R 13 500. Successful candidates will receive a Kerzner-countersigned diploma upon completing module 1. Once all six modules are completed each candidate will receive a Kerzner-countersigned Advanced International Diploma. The fee per module includes VAT; textbook; study material; plus catering at lectures. Cheques must be made payable to:
