TWENTY-MONTH ADVANCED INTERNATIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT COURSE
Course comprises six modules and includes corporate strategy, organizational
behaviour, project finance, decision-support systems and negotiation
startegies.
FOUR-MONTH CORPORATE PROJECT MANAGEMENT COURSE
Course content is equivalent to module 1 of the Advanced course. It focuses on the management of projects
and emphasises activity scheduling, cost management and project tradeoff. Each
course is personally countersigned by
Dr. Harold Kerzner (USA). This course can also be
completed on a
distance-learning basis over a six-month period.
THREE-WEEK PROJECT
PLANNING, SCHEDULING AND COST MANAGEMENT COURSE (DATES)
It focuses on project planning, project scheduling and managing costs by using
performance
metrics. This course can also be done on a distance-learning
basis.
Corporate Project Management Workshops
Project planning (three days).
Project scheduling and managing delays (three days).
Tracking project performance using schedule and cost metrics (three days).
